By booking services with Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC you agree with the following:

Payment is required before or at time of service.

Customers must ensure access to the service location.

Prices vary depending on volume, labor, mileage, hazardous materials and Special items that require proper recycling or drop offs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made at least 1 day prior in advance.

All quotes are priced out in USD (united States Dollars).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC  strives to provide professional and careful service. However, by scheduling or accepting our services, the customer agrees to the following limitations of liability:

1. Pre-Existing Damage
   Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property, structures, driveways, flooring, landscaping, walls, or other items located on the service site.
2. Access and Working Conditions
   The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area. Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC shall not be liable for damage resulting from restricted access, unsafe conditions, unstable structures, or hidden hazards.
3. Heavy Item Removal
   Removal of large, bulky, or heavy items may involve risk of minor surface damage (including scratches, scuffs, or dents). The customer acknowledges this risk and agrees that Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC shall not be liable for minor cosmetic damage that may occur during normal service operations.
4. Right to Refuse Removal
   Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC reserves the right to refuse removal of any material that is deemed unsafe, hazardous, illegal to transport, or restricted by local, state, or federal regulations.
5. Maximum Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service performed.
   1. Indirect or Consequential Damages
      Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of property value, or loss of use.
6. Customer Responsibility for Valuables
   Customers are responsible for removing all valuables, important documents, cash, jewelry, and personal items from the work area prior to service. Arizona's Best Cleanout & Hauling LLC is not responsible for items left in debris, trash, or junk designated for removal.
